The challenge

Advertising sits at the centre of a newspaper's commercial life, touching sales, production and everything downstream. APS needed a way to manage that interface so each customer's needs were met without breaking the processes that depend on the same data.

What we built

Synergy manages the interface with APS's advertising customers. It makes sure each customer's needs are met, the sales team has the information it needs, and the rest of the organisation's downstream processes get the data they need to be successful. It is another product in the suite that APS can mix and match to solve a broad range of issues for their customers.

The outcome

With Synergy in place, advertising becomes a source of clean, shared information rather than friction. Sales work with better knowledge, customers are better served, and the downstream operation runs on data it can trust. Another piece of the suite, adding strength to the whole.
