Case Study: Thirdbase Continuous Improvement Platform

Short form
A platform that carries Mark's Thirdbase methodology into his clients and keeps improving them even when he is not in the room.
The challenge
Mark's vision is to make corporate companies as agile and responsive as small ones, a vision grown from years of transforming companies large and small. Most organisations reach a static first base, a documented system, and stop there. Keeping improvement alive usually depends on the consultant being present.
What we built
We developed a platform that moves an organisation from that static first base to a dynamic company that empowers its staff to continuously review and improve. The people closest to a problem record what they observe and suggest solutions; the platform automatically collates this and schedules the reviews needed to act on the feedback and adjust. For Thirdbase, it carries Mark's methodology into his clients and keeps improving them even when he is not there.
The outcome
The organisation becomes one that constantly improves how it operates, reducing costs and giving customers and staff a better experience. For Thirdbase the platform does double duty: it delivers the methodology at scale, and it surfaces the problems and opportunities that generate new consulting work when Mark's team is needed again. Expertise, turned into something that keeps working after the expert leaves.
